Make easy to make yummy & delicious Paneer Bhurji at home with Chef Seema only on Swaad Anusaar. <br /> <br />Ingredients <br />- 2tbsp Oil <br />- 2 chopped onions <br />- 3 chopped tomatoes <br />- grated ginger <br />- 1/2 tsp salt <br />- 1 tbsp red chilli powder <br />- water <br />- green peas <br />- Paneer/ Cottage Cheese <br />- Chopped Capsicum <br />- Tomato Ketchup <br />- Green Chillies <br />- Coriander leaves <br /> <br />Method <br />- In a pan heat oil and ad chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, grated ginger, salt, red chilli powder and water. <br /> <br />- Once the tomatoes cook, add green peas and let it cook for some time, cover the pan with a lid. <br /> <br />- Once it is cooked add Paneer and capsicum and little water, tomato ketchup, green chillies and coriander leaves. <br /> <br />- Paneer Bhurji is ready to be served!
